Return Policy

 

Misylo products are built to last and carefully represented on our site, therefore we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or normal wear.

 

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective and have not been used.

To be eligible, you must:

·        Contact us at support@misylo.com within 30 days of delivery

·        Provide photos of the product and packaging

·        Return the item unused and in its original packaging to the address we provide

 

If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
